DETERMINE SIZE:

The only way to choose the correct size is to measure your foot length and compare it to the shoe size chart. Detailed instructions are on the "Determine Size" page. We do not recommend trying on the insole, as this can lead to significant errors. Regardless of gender, age, circumference, instep, or other parameters, the foot length should be the primary consideration. Men and teenagers, if necessary, can fit in sizes smaller than 40, while women can fit in sizes larger than 41.
