Compare the length of the foot with the size chart of the shoes, do not worry about parameters such as fullness and instep, firstly, the shoes are elastic, and secondly, these parameters are always directly proportional to the size. It is not recommended to measure the insole - due to the bend, you can easily make a mistake. Regardless of gender and age, sizes smaller than 40 are suitable for teenagers and men, if necessary, and sizes larger than 41 for women.
